feel lighter and more fulfilled by enhancing your mental & emotional well-being
ways to work together
01. individual therapy
Therapy is a collaborative experience. Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a safe, supportive path to healing. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is crucial for exploring and working through challenging experiences, and my approach is designed to foster this process.
We’ll focus on getting you unstuck and equipping you with practical tools for navigating various situations. As you heal, you’ll notice positive changes in your work, family life, relationships, and your connection with yourself. We are excited to be a part of your journey toward wellness.
02. couples therapy
Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply trying to improve communication, couples therapy offers a space to grow together. In a supportive and neutral environment, we’ll work on understanding the patterns that affect your relationship and develop healthier ways of connecting.
Our work together will focus on helping both partners feel heard, respected, and emotionally safe. You’ll gain tools to manage challenges more effectively and deepen your connection. Every relationship is unique — and therapy is a chance to strengthen yours with intention and care.
03. family therapy
Family dynamics can be complex and emotionally charged. Family therapy provides a space where everyone’s voice is valued, and we work toward creating healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and more mutual understanding.
Whether you're dealing with life transitions, parenting struggles, or longstanding conflict, we’ll identify shared goals and support each member of the family in moving toward healing. The goal is not perfection, but a more balanced, connected, and resilient family system.
04. supervision for current therapists
Beth’s goal is to help you find and develop your unique clinical voice. In our supervision sessions, we’ll focus on your professional goals and your work with clients. We’ll also continuously explore transference and countertransference, as they are key to your growth. I’ll use psychodynamic, body-based, and mindfulness approaches to support and guide you along the way.
